You wont want seconds cause you just cleaned your teeth and because the food would taste funny mixed with mint. :) Works for me! Now if I could just get myself interested in some kind of exercise. I have a schedule that has me leaving the house at about 8 am and not returning home till 7pm. Then I eat dinner and fall asleep, only to do it all over again the next day.
