As Seen On TV

I'm not your typical late night infomercial junkie.  I'm not truly.  Mostly because I don't really do "late nights" anymore since being forced to give up caffeine, but also because I think most things you see on tv are pretty stupid.  Seriously, do you really need a knife that can cut through a can?  And if you do, are you truly going to use that same knife seconds later to cut through a tomato?  Yeah, me neither.

Lately however, there has been something on the TV that has caught my eye.  Caught it enough that I not only watched the commercial all the way through, but went to the website to check it out.  And no, it's not P90X (which promises to get you in the best shape of your life in only 90 days if you survive the diet and rigerous workouts!), it's Pillow Pets.

I know I know!  Don't laugh.  Seriously, stop laughing.  They're cute!  Aren't they cute?  I think they're cute.  I'm seriously considering getting one for Bug and for Bunny for their birthdays.  When strapped up, they are a cute and cuddly stuffed animal friend.  And when you unstrap them, they turn into a pillow.  A cute cuddly stuffed animal pillow.  How great is that?  Bunny has insisted several times that she must have one.  Simply must.

She wants the unicorn, of course.  When I presented Bug with all the options though, he was a bit overwhelmed and didn't seem to be particularly drawn to any single one as much as he was drawn to all of them.

So I'll put it to you.  If you don't think I'm crazy to want to get these in the first place, go check out the site: www.mypillowpets.com and check out all the options and tell me which one you think would be best for my Bug.  Because I am just a dumb 'ol girl, and I never know what to get the little man in my life if it's not race car related.  Man I wish they made a race car one.  Is there someone we can call about that? Can I get a custom one done do you think?

Oh, and while you're there, you can check out the matching backpacks, blankets, neck pillows, slippers and books.  Someone is seriously making a mint here.  How come I never think of these things first?

Seriously... Thoughts?
