We signed him up for the kids choir - Minisingers - for the first time.
And he came up to the alter with all of us for his first communion - not the fancy Catholic version, just the regular ol' Sunday communion.
Yeah.. I cried.

Church Firsts
Today Bug had a whole slew of firsts. He stayed in the church with us for the first time instead of going into child care.
Went to his first big-kid Sunday school with Bunny holding his hand the whole way.
We signed him up for the kids choir - Minisingers - for the first time.
And he came up to the alter with all of us for his first communion - not the fancy Catholic version, just the regular ol' Sunday communion.
Yeah.. I cried.

What a wonderful thing you are doing. I am amazed at how crazy this one world gets, hectic too, but through all of that there are parents like you who remember the fundamentals. Reading this post brought a lump to my throat, one day I want to be a good parent like you, Wendi.
